Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using REI Agent Advisor ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by REI Agent LLC ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

REI Agent Advisor is an AI-powered relationship management and business advisory platform for real estate professionals. The Service includes AI advisor conversations, contact management with Google sync, daily touch recommendations, deal analysis tools, and pipeline tracking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. The Service is designed for licensed real estate professionals and real estate investors in the United States.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One person per account. Accounts are not transferable.
  • You must provide accurate information during signup and keep it current.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

  • Free tier: Limited to 3 AI advisor conversations per month. No payment required.
  • Pro tier: $99/month or $997/year, billed through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or Stripe billing portal.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. AI Advisor Disclaimer

AI advisors are not licensed professionals. Responses from AI advisors (CFO, CMO, COO, CTO, Legal Advisor, Integrator) are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only.

  • AI Legal Advisor responses are not legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney for legal matters.
  • AI CFO responses are not financial or tax advice. Consult a licensed CPA or financial advisor.
  • Deal analysis calculations are estimates. Verify all numbers independently before making investment decisions.
  • We are not responsible for business decisions made based on AI advisor outputs.

7. Google Integration

  • Connecting Google grants us access to your Contacts, Gmail (sent messages only), and Calendar as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We write data back to your Google Contacts (FORD notes, categories, touch dates). You authorize this bidirectional sync.
  • You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings.
  • We are not responsible for data loss in your Google account caused by syncing. We recommend keeping regular backups.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of fair housing laws.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise system security.

9. Affiliate Links

The Service includes affiliate links to third-party tools (PropStream, DealCheck, etc.). We may earn a commission if you purchase through these links. Affiliate recommendations are based on genuine utility for real estate professionals. We clearly disclose affiliate relationships.

10. Your Data

  • You own your data. We do not claim ownership of your contacts, conversations, deals, or other content.
  • You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement.

11. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REI Agent LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REI Agent LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timeline in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rockingham County, Virginia.
